This is you and me working together.  It could be in-person consulting and project work, weekly calls, or a full customer experience plan written for (with!) you. We will figure out your problem and create a solution that I will personally help you implement.

The way I tackle customer experience is by looking through the lens of marketing and branding. So, whether you wear the marketing hat in your business or you have another person who does this, it is fantastic if that person is involved. Customer experience does not stand on a hill by itself. It should be an organic, integrated part of your marketing and branding strategy.

It should also be fun, so I want to make sure that if we work together at this level,  the results will be that you can your business forward, create better customer experiences, make sure your customers are engaged with your brand and enjoy it at the same time! 

Until I know what you need to accomplish, it is difficult to talk pricing. But, I typically work for a minimum of three months, starting at $3,000 a month, so hopefully that at least gives you and idea of pricing.

Who benefits the most from a one hour call?

   |    you know your customers' experiences could be better, but you just aren't sure where to start.

   |   you (or someone on your team) is already good at marketing and creative thinking, but need a sounding board to confirm (or disagree with) what might be the next steps

   |   you need help identifying your touchpoints (but you have a creative team and think you can run with it from there)

   |   you swant to first just brainstorm for an hour, knowing that you will have tactics at the end

   |   you simply want to talk about customer experience with someone else who loves it as much as you (if this is you, depending on the time of day and location, we should perhaps meet for wine!)

A one-hour call is $300.  But, I want to make sure that I can truly help you. So before we commit, please click on the button below and fill out this fquestionnaire and I will be in touch within one business day. Then, if we move forward, I will send you a more detailed document to fill out beofre our call. 

The $300 payment includes all pre-work done by me, my analysis of your questionnaire, the call and a recording of it, and a follow-up email with thoughts and next steps.
