What an Event Session Might Include:

It depends on where you are and what you need, but some things that we can discuss and have a plan for might be:

  • The general strategy of your event so that you can explain it to the team, the shareholders, the boss, or even yourself! Why are you doing it? Why is it worth the investment of time and $$$? Who will be there?

  • Planning timeline all the way from now until the day of the event.

  • A written run-of-show for the day of the event.

  • A review of all the planning you have done thus far - what’s missing? What needs to be tweaked? Where can we be more creative and memorable? Can we save money?

  • Advice on Venue, Caterer, and Budget.

  • Ideas on invitations - Handmade or printed? Emailed or paper with stamps? How do we keep them creative and on-brand?

  • Menu creation (if you already have your caterer). If you haven’t found your caterer, we can discuss what to ask, how much food is needed per person, etc.

  • Program - Creating a Program or Presentation that inspires action or emotion.

  • AV best practices and work-throughs.

  • Ideas of how best to work with Volunteers.

  • (Really fabulous) Gifts or Takeaways for your guests.

  • etc., etc., etc.!
