1 | The most popular - a 90-minute call to discuss your vision and goals, current plans, and questions.
2 | We will talk about whatever you need - where to stay, how to create a better schedule, how to close or leave the office for several days, how to create more special moments, etc. And I can help you decide what you need!
3 | If I think you are missing something, I’ll let you know and we’ll discuss.
4 | A follow-up email from me with new thoughts and ideas after our call - I always have new thoughts and ideas!

2 | Set for Success
You and I work behind the scenes (virtually or in-person) so that when it’s time for your retreat, you have every detail covered and you are set for success. I’m not at your retreat, but have given you all the tools you need, including my checklists, templates, and creative ideas.

This is the most important thing to do first and will guide the planning. We’ll figure out the reason you are having this offsite. What do you want to accomplish and why?

How much time is spent on sessions/workshops vs. team-building vs. recreational activities? Does your team help plan? And what about meals? And where to say? Swag bags? Turn downs? This is where you get to be strategic AND creative.
